Account Information: Name, email address, password (hashed), and role (job seeker or employer) when you register.

Profile Information: For job seekers — work experience, education, skills, certifications, and uploaded CV. For employers — company name, description, logo, and contact details.

Usage Data: Pages visited, searches performed, jobs viewed and applied to, browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically.

Payment Information: Billing details for employer subscriptions. Card numbers are processed directly by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Platform, including matching job seekers with job listings.
To send transactional emails (application confirmations, job alerts, account notifications).
To process payments and manage employer subscriptions.
To improve the Platform through analytics and usage insights.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

With employers you apply to: Your profile and CV are shared only when you submit an application.
Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors (hosting, email, payment processing) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal requirements: When required by Pakistani law or a valid court order.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Platform functionality.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
